These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoostMeFast website, platform, and related services located at https://boostmefast.com (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Boost Me Fast ("Boost Me Fast," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using Boost Me Fast, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

2. Description of Service

Boost Me Fast provides a user-driven social growth platform that enables users to create, complete, and manage promotional tasks across supported social media platforms. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, follows, likes, comments, shares, views, and website visits.

Boost Me Fast does not request social media passwords, does not use bots, and does not automate engagement. All actions are performed by real users.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Only one account per user is permitted.
  • Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • Accessing another user’s account without authorization is prohibited.
  • Attempts to bypass system safeguards or platform limits are strictly forbidden.

Boost Me Fast reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Coins, Tasks, and Virtual Balances

Coins are a virtual unit used exclusively within the Service and have no monetary value outside the platform. Coins are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Task submissions are subject to review and verification. Boost Me Fast reserves the right to approve, deny, reverse, or adjust task outcomes to maintain platform integrity.

Any attempt to manipulate tasks, rewards, or approvals may result in forfeiture of coins and account termination.

5. Premium Membership

Premium membership provides enhanced platform benefits, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Unlimited coin mode while Premium is active
  • Improved task availability and continuity
  • Reduced task interruptions
  • More consistent task performance

Premium benefits apply only while Premium time remains on the account. Premium time is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Users without Premium status may experience limitations, slower task visibility, or reduced platform functionality.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All payments are processed through third-party providers, including PayPal. Boost Me Fast does not store payment card information.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including Premium memberships and subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you waive any right to refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled through the payment provider. You are solely responsible for managing subscription settings.

Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Uses automation, bots, scripts, or auto-clickers
  • Abuses, manipulates, or exploits task systems
  • Posts illegal, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Interferes with platform security or functionality
  • Creates new accounts after a prior ban

8. Third-Party Platforms

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you interact with through Boost Me Fast.

Boost Me Fast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. We do not guarantee that actions performed through the Service will not be reversed or penalized by third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Boost Me Fast does not guarantee specific growth results, earnings, engagement levels, or uninterrupted service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Me Fast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Boost Me Fast in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Boost Me Fast may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Upon termination, all remaining coins, Premium time, and virtual balances are forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
