These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the BoostMeFast website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Information submitted to the Service must be accurate, current, and complete.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a user-driven promotional exchange. Users may complete eligible tasks to earn virtual coins and use coins to create promotional tasks for supported social platforms and websites. Available task types, limits, rewards, and features may change. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature when reasonably necessary for operations, security, compliance, or platform integrity.
BoostMeFast does not ask for social-media passwords and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party platforms referenced on the Service.
3. Accounts and security
- One account per person unless written permission is provided.
- Accounts and credentials may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used by another person.
- You are responsible for maintaining credential security and activity under your account.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- You may not evade bans, account limits, verification, or security controls.
We may require verification, restrict activity, or suspend accounts when fraud, abuse, compromised access, or rule violations are suspected.
4. Coins, tasks, and virtual balances
Coins and similar platform balances are limited-use virtual units. They are not legal tender, have no cash value, are non-transferable unless a feature expressly allows it, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Task submissions may be reviewed, approved, denied, reversed, adjusted, or removed to correct errors, enforce rules, or protect platform integrity.
Manipulating tasks, evidence, rewards, approvals, referrals, devices, identities, or balances may result in reversals, forfeiture, restrictions, or termination. Inactivity rules disclosed in the Service may affect unused balances.
5. Premium membership
Premium may provide additional limits, continuity, availability, or other benefits described at purchase. Benefits apply only to the purchasing account and only during the active period. Features may be updated as long as the essential purchased entitlement is honored or an appropriate remedy is provided where required by law.
6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. We receive transaction and status information needed to verify and fulfill purchases but do not store full payment-card numbers. Prices, package details, currency, and recurring terms are shown before checkout.
Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled through the applicable payment provider. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, digital benefits that have been delivered are non-refundable. Unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrectly fulfilled transactions should be reported promptly so they can be investigated.
Fraudulent disputes, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation may lead to benefit reversal and account restriction. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Break applicable law or third-party platform rules.
- Use bots, automation, auto-clickers, deceptive scripts, or unauthorized bulk actions.
- Submit false completion evidence or approve tasks dishonestly.
- Create multiple accounts, coordinate abuse, or manipulate referrals and rewards.
- Post illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content.
- Probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
- Harvest user information, impersonate others, or use the Service for spam.
8. Third-party platforms and links
You are responsible for complying with the rules of every third-party service you use. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that engagement will remain, produce a specific result, or avoid action by a third party. Links and user-submitted content are used at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular amount of engagement, ranking, revenue, audience growth, or continued compatibility with a third-party platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostMeFast and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to the Service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or conduct harmful to users or the platform. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Virtual balances and benefits associated with a terminated account may be forfeited where permitted by law.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The updated date will be posted above. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the contact page or sent to admin@boostmefast.com.
